This website exists to comply with the State of Illinois Payday Loan Reform Act and the Illinois Consumer Installment Loan Act. The Consumer Installment Loan ACT (CILA) requires use of a centralized consumer reporting service approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) to enter data for all CILA loan transactions conducted in the state. The Payday Loan Reform Act (PLRA) requires use of a centralized consumer reporting service approved by the IDFPR to check eligibility for all payday loans made in the state. This site is designed to operate in full compliance with CILA, PLRA, and associated rules. In order to access the service, you must be a licensed lender in the state of Illinois and have an assigned User ID and Password.
